Grace and Melvin's Wedding Page
In 2007, Grace started working at Pacific Pathology Inc. during her college years and met Melvin. They became friends and began to spend time outside of work. Dinner and a movie was typical, but the occasional snowboarding trip was a fun activity they enjoyed. Eventually, that friendship blossomed into something greater and they became each others plus one.
Fast forward to 2015. It was at this time when Grace and Melvin embarked on a journey to see one of the most beautiful places in America. Off to Alaska they went on a 10 day cruise. It was on this cruise where Melvin planned to ask for Grace’s hand in marriage. Melvin knew that Grace didn’t want a big crowd, but to have an intimate moment where they both can treasure together. While on the way to dinner, Melvin took Grace outside on the deck to look at the setting sun. While she stared into the sunset, Melvin got on one knee and proposed. Melvin said some things which made her smile and she said YES!!!

Times are subject to change so please check times at the front desk the day of the event for the most current pickup times.
This venue is located inside the Naval Base Point Loma at the Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command Complex. The Base security regulations require all guests to have a valid driver’s license, State identity photo ID or government issued ID card before entering the base. An ID check will be inspected at the gate.
Guests that had RSVP before the given deadline will appear on a list for limited base access. If guests arrive, and the Naval Base Security is unable to locate your full name on this list, guests will NOT be granted admission to the venue.

Our wedding coordinator Courtney Dahl Carcioppolo will be present on-site on the day of the wedding. All questions and concerns should be addressed to her.
A limited number of room blocks are reserved for the following hotels listed below. A two-night stay is required to obtain the discounted rate. If you are interested in staying in one of these hotels, please book a room/suite before July 28, 2017 for the dates of Sept. 1st through Sept 3rd, 2017.
